I didn't catch the woman's name but she was just absolutely amazing and so sweet! They did a fantastic job on my grandmothers ring that I'm using for my own wedding ring. It was very old and looked pretty beat up when I brought it in but they made it look brand new! I'm very thankful!

We rolled in while these poor people were opening and they were awesome. They got my repair finished quickly and we got to meet Stella the Frenchie :) Highly recommend

This is the worst experience of my life. I have had more complications from this place then I have ever at any jewelers place. The woman at the front with the dog was unprofessional from the beginning. When she gave us at the rings she just gave us the rings in this plastic bag and threw them down. Not to mention the back and forward, when I expressed concerned it took 3 weeks to get back to me and even then she seemed aloof and unconcerned. As a store who pride themselves of being professional they were far from it. On top of that when I asked for their cleaning service she just threw the do it your self kit and just sent me on my way. I have been to many jewelry places and they’ve never treated me like this. At the end of the day we finally got what we needed but I would expect some bumps in the road!! But the gentlemen who helped me was very thorough I wish we would have gotten him to help us with the whole experience!!

Amazing work on our pieces and the interaction with the jewlers was just as wonderful. Super friendly, informative and just an all around great experience. Not to mention they have the most beautiful jewelry in town. I could easily spend my entire life's earnings if I had it available.

Brought in a piece of broken jewelry that I was afraid if I fixed it the stone set inside of it would be damaged. However they were able to fix a very small break without damaging anything and it still looks good! Would go back

I got a ring sized here. He did an amazing job I had made an inquiry online and I got a quick call back. He got my ring sized within an hour of bringing it in. Thank you I will be a returning customer. Not just for repair but buying other jewelry and probably making something custom down the road.
