We needed paint for our home we purchased as the previous owners used a flat gray. PPG helped us get the color mixed, but this time in eggshell so we can wipe the walls down.

It takes a lot for me to want to give a bad review. I understand that circumstances can be influential to a poor outcome...but my experience here was the absolute worst. I ordered a product that PPG was listed as a distributor for, was told it would take "about a week". Called after 2 weeks to get an update...they had none but said they would call me back. They didn't. I stopped in the store 2 days later and they still couldn't tell me anything; said they would call me back later that day when the manager was there. They didn't. I gave up on them and used another product, got a call the following week that the product I ordered was never going to come. If I ever need a PPG product I'm going to Farragut or Broadway, these folks just don't seem to know what they're doing.

Bonnie was phenomenal I can't recommend this place enough. I recently bought a home and was ready to do quite a bit of painting, Bonnie helped me through the entire process. I picked the colors and she gave me the right suggestions to get the most out of my paint for my budget. She helped me find everything So thankful I walked in here today I will definitely be back for all of my painting needs. Thank you Bonnie?

The young lady there was very knowledgeable. They got me the pantone paint I needed which the local Sherman William's could not.
