I am disappointed with my experience with Pottery Barn. I ordered a bed over a month ago, and despite multiple inquiries, the ship date keeps getting pushed further out. The inconsistent communication has been frustrating, making it challenging to plan accordingly. I expected better service and timeliness, and this prolonged delay has negatively impacted my overall satisfaction with Pottery Barn.

If I could give customer service a 0 I would. I ordered a comforter before Christmas but needed to cancel the order. Considering I never received a shipping notification & everything said est delivery would be Feb I didn’t expect it to be an issue. However, when speaking with customer service they filed a cancellation claim and never heard another word. I called back and they told me they couldn’t cancel because shipping arrangement had been made & I would have to return it when I got it IN OVER A MONTH (3 month total from the time I bought it). Making returns & cancellations an overbearingly difficult process is ridiculous for any company. I will not be buying from them again.

I love the Pottery Barn, prices are on the high side but can’t beat the quality. For me, I would rather pay more for excellent quality.

Nonexistent help in this store. I wanted a sales clerk to walk the store with me and gather all of the items I had selected after an hour of browsing and taking pictures. I tracked down a salesAssociate who pointed at hand baskets I could use, then she walked away. I walked out and went home to purchase it all online. Total $2550. Guess these ladies aren’t interested in selling.

My daughter purchased a crib from pottery barn kids. In the process of it being taken apart and now she needs it again the hardware is missing. We have contacted them and they will not sell replacements. We have been to hardware store and attempted to purchase what the manual says to use. It didn’t work. I would never purchase from them again!!!!! Horrible customer service !!’

I rarely post a review ever, but I feel compelled to post this one. I have used Pottery Barn for many years in different cities and always liked their product even though it can be on the more costly side. I will not use them again going forward. Their customer service has totally deteriorated to virtually not having any at all. Like the previous reviewer if there was a way to provide a zero or negative number I would.Life is too short to have to deal with this type of behavior.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM POTTERY BARN. I custom ordered a couch August 11, told it would be delivered end of September. I was charged in full September 1. Website says its ready and waiting for pickup September 2. I keep getting delays on tracking site. Now they say Nov 7 to nov 25. Zero communication to me from company. I've talked to customer service multiple times. Horrible customer service. Zero apologies. Completely unacceptable. Don't waste your time with this company.

I enjoyed seeing what was available in the store but the staff seemed a little bit like I was wasting their time. So after getting a very short greeting from one staffer no one ever spoke to us again nor attempted to assist us. Due to this I did leave the store without making a purchase. I can go online and purchase what I need instead of going into the store if this is how the staff is.

My husband and I purchased a dining room table from Pottery Barn on November 1, 2021. On June 21, 2022 we still did not have the table. Upon ordering the table was scheduled to arrive January 1-14, it did not. It was finally scheduled to be delivered in March of '22 but was cancelled the day of delivery due to the top not passing some sort of quality inspection. We were then told that the table would arrive in June. We got an email the week of delivery date to schedule the "table base". My husband immediately called Pottery Barn who assured us the entire table would be delivered. The delivery arrived June 14th and it was only the base. They did not even respond to the email when asked about the location of the top of the table. I called on June 15th and after waiting for over an hour was told a supervisor was looking into the situation and someone would call me back the same day. No one did. I called back again on the 16th and once again waited to speak to a supervisor. Again, I wanted for over an hour and was finally transferred to a supervisor who stated she was on hold with the delivery center and asked to call me back within the next "several hours" and no one called. I then called on June 17th and demanded for someone to tell me where my table was and when it would arrive. The person stated my table "should arrive in September." I stated this was not acceptable and I wanted to cancel my order and have the delivery service pick up the table base. I was assured on June 17th that someone would be calling me in the next few business days to schedule the pick up and that we could not be reimbursed prior to pick up of the table base. Today is July 5th and no one from PB or the delivery service has reached out.

!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM POTTERY BARN. STILL WAITING ON A TABLE ORDERED NOV 1 2021 AND HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.My husband and I purchased a dining room table to November 1, 2021. As of June 21, 2022 we still do not have the table. Dealing with Pottery Barn customer service has been the most horrendous customer service of our lives. The table was originally suppose to arrive January 1-14, it did not. Until this point my husband has been the one dealing with Pottery Barn customer service via email. Last Tuesday they did not even respond to the email when asked about the location of the top of the table. Yesterday, I called the customer service line to get clarification on the situation. I was on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was told a supervisor was looking into the situation and someone would call me back the same day. No one did. I called back today, again, and waited to talk to a supervisor. I talked to a supervisor who stated she was on the phone with the delivery service and asked if she could call me after she talked with them. I confirmed that this call would be in the next couple hours and she confirmed stating it would be, "right after she talked to them." It has been over 3 hours and no one has called. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can not emphasize enough how displeased we are. I have read recent reviews that are very similar to this (down to only delivering one piece of the furniture). Seriously, I would think very hard before I ordered anything from them. I know we will no longer be shopping at PB.
