This couple are some of the most rude, terse, and unpleasant people I’ve encountered at a business… they’re never nice, almost never smile, and have never missed an opportunity to display attitude when they are inconvenienced in the slightest (like when I had the gall to request a receipt for a package I dropped off- I received a lot of snark back and irritability).
Their small, annoyingly aggressive dog is always loose, and literally NIPPED my ankle as I walked out the last time. It’s always barking and mean- it’s true dogs share their owner’s personality.
Despite there being two of them, it usually takes too long to get seen if one of them is busy with a customer, because they’re exceedingly slow. I’ve seen people waiting on multiple occasions for longer than 10 minutes, subdued because they’ve been yelled at.
If they didn’t take FedEx and UPS, I would never step foot in there-often when I have the time to go to both stores individually, I’d much rather the time sink and inconvenience of doing that to seeing this unprofessional, cantankerous couple. I wish DHL would drop them and pick ANY other shipping business to have as a partner.
Really unkind people who argue back rather than accept they need some serious attitude adjustments. Just look at ALLLL the 1 star review responses! The nicest I’ve ever seen them is in their responses to the 5 star reviews ?
Expect sub-par service with a scowl! — what I’ve gotten on over 10 interactions, so it’s not like they’re having bad days- all the days are bad when you regularly act like a miserable jerk too busy glaring at your poor customers to do more than the bare minimum.

I have been here twice for fingerprinting in the last 2 years. They are fast & efficient. Very happy with the friendly service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the lady at the front desk is extremely rude ! Soon as my friend and I walked in the store, we saw her dog on the counter eating her/his dog food from the dog bowl. Which is was unsanitary. Then we had to go cup on our hand completely sealed and unopened bag of chips from the other business we had visited in the same shopping center. She rudely asked us what we were doing and we told her we had seeing the business and wanted to check it out. Then she rudely asked us to put our drinks and bag of chip down on the counter before we continued to look around the store. Which we did but then the whole time we were shopping around the store she kept watching us and giving us mean looks like we were criminals. Never again will I recommend this store to anyone. Very unprofessional.

Inappropriate and rude answers to question about whether they had a bathroom. They would not get a move on to get done. More rude responses. Obviously they think It was only the bathroom. The man would not comply to type the code in when I showed it to him. Yelling at customers is not appropriate. I have confirmation from my colleagues about the rudeness of these people. Learn how to treat customers in America. Ask for the code upfront so there is no issue. Learn where “comply’ was written in my report. The fingerprints were done two and three times so it took a long time. Why so many errors in rolling fingers? Why not clean the fingerprint screen for customers?

I realize that most people getting a bureaucratic function done, like finger printing, and don’t follow the instructions would feel the need to give a 1 star “to get them”
This was a top notch experience for me. I unfortunately was only given the address and not the name, so it took a little common sense and reading their board to know it was the identoGO location.

I’m writing this in defense of the woman who took me in when I was abandoned even the police judges and dcs was nicer to her then the old lady who runs this place. This lady needs to retire and stay away from people as she appears to hate them all or see them as beneath her. I would be homeless in states custody if not for my friend stepping up and taking custody of me and this lady dragged it out even farther making everyone suffer. I hope she sleeps well knowing all the pain she’s caused

Woman is argumentative rude and treats everyone like a criminal wasting her time. Stay away the police are actually nicer. Needed fingerprints to take in a foster child. I had the paper work you were so rude and had me so flustered I couldn’t find it. The apt had been rescheduled. But don’t worry your low rating tells all it needs too. Good luck staying in business with that poor attitude and lack of empathy

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The lady working here is mean and starting yelling at me because I picked my phone at fingerprinting and didn't see the sign. I told her to not raise her voice at me. I just moved here and I could not believe how she was treating me. I would have bought something for the store for my grandmother but after being yelled at by this mean lady I would not. I left and cried in the car. I would never come here again or recommend anyone to come here.Edit review to respond to owner:Regardless of what the sign says, you never raise your voice at anyone. That is disrespectful and belittling. Do better.And for others reading this, I picked up my phone because my husband called to make sure I secured our animals when the plumber was at the house. I asked the lady if I could talk outside the room, and it would have been a 30 second thing. I went to grab for my phone because it kept ringing to put it on silent and that's when I got yelled at and the lady told me to leave my phone outside of the room. Then she was irritated because my temporary license was not working in the system, which was not my fault.
