went there today and was kinda baffled at the prices. They're definitely cheaper than a normal store, but still pretty expensive for a thrift store. i don't think i'll go here again

I spent $200 so easily here and each thing was super affordable. I got Ralph Lauren’s dress pants, Zara jeans, madewell jeans, a lily Pulitzer top, golf skirt, and more. Would have been thousands to get what I got for $200. They have everything and it’s in good condition. You can return things with the tag for store credit if something doesn’t work. They have bathrooms.

Wasted time and gas coming out here after two female employees told me over the phone they'll take the shoes I was trading in. Then they tell me in the store their inventory on shoes was full.

Such a joke. Bringing 3 bags of shoes and clothes that are brand new or worn like twice some with tags still on it. Free people Calvin Klein etc and not one thing was “good”. Lol someone just didn’t feel like going through it. Lazy and inconsiderate. Not professional at all. This is my first and last experience here. I work at belk so I see the items that I’ve recently purchased free people, Michael kors etc (worn once and decided I don’t like it) that are still in store for full price. So telling me that they are too worn not the right brand or too old is a lie. Wasted my time and gas. Nothing was taken out of the bag it was all exactly how I had put the clothes in. Nothing moved out of place. Watched them check someone’s bag the sent ins they walk in and give them cash but yet they had “so many” to go through that were already dropped off

10/10 do not recommend selling to them. It’s not worth the time and effort. Fb marketplace has better customer service than them.

They have an awesome selection of clothing, and it’s a great place to spend the afternoon. They don’t have a limit for how much you can bring into the dressing room, so that was a godsend after losing 30lbs and not knowing my correct size anymore!

Brought in 10 pairs of vintage 1970/80/90s Levi’s all with orange/brown tabs and even a real big E tab. I even left a notecard in every back pocket to help the buyer price the jeans. They all had tags and tabs and were in way better conditions then all their $40 Levi’s on the rack. When I came back i was offered a whopping $55 for all the jeans. Moral of the story is don’t go here to sell. The only reason im giving them a star is because their store still offers good clothing at an ok price.

Very hit or miss on offers for clothes. Staff is also really hit or miss on friendliness. Overall, best bet is to call ahead and shop around for offers.

Great place to shop for gently used good clothing, men's or women's. Well organized and well kept appearance too! And yes, the pricing is excellent! They accept trade-ins that are of good quality and somewhat fashionable.

This location has gone down hill fast. I used to be one of their top vintage resellers. Yet today, an hour and a half later, I am told they were taking 5 items and giving me $16. What's laughable is the $3 I was offered for a Travis Scott hoodie...The short gal running things obviously doesn't have a clue as she's only seen to be audibly giggling in the back and lowballing people. Pretty sad.

my fiancée and i came in today with a ton of designer clothing and some brand name in good to brand new condition, we waited over an hour to be told that our clothes were in "bad condition." there was not a loose thread on one item, and they even turned down clothes with tags on them. huh? we are simply perplexed. i wouldn't try to sell your clothes here as it is a complete waste of time, it seems the store cannot even afford to buy clothes which shows how poor their business must be, and i see why. it didn't even look like they looked through our items. take your business elsewhere.
