Just went here. Used the restroom and for some reason I felt like I was being watched in the restroom. Checked the mirror and there was no space between my reflection in the mirror. No space leave this place.

Just moved to Tennessee from Texas Every time my husband walks into this place a woman that claims to be the Manager always seems to have a problem she is very loud and rude. She always seems to pick on my husband but when I walk in and Confront her She acts like nothing has happened. Safe to say myself or my husband will never go back to this place welcome to Tennessee I guess starting to regret moving here already

Stopped in to get gas and a drink. The fountain Drink's were 1 dollar any size. The last time I was here the store was still a Pilot and it was cluttered and dirty. This time its a Goodstop by Casey's and the difference was amazing. The store is clean and organized. Gas is still high here $4.22 a gallon compared to Walmart on Western Ave. Which is $3.79. Was in an out quickly.

6/17/22 - This is one of the Pilot's that changed to Casey's back in January 2022 but nothing has changed for years. The staff here has always been fantastic: Patient, forgiving & kind in most situations. They will often give you a few bucks worth of food or gas if you're "stuck" here (or until the police show up).I am amazed they have kept the bathrooms as clean as they are because of all the dirty customers that walk in. They still have weekly homeless & druggie visitor problems & Knoxville PD is well aware. Good luck driving out of here during rush hour, they need a back way to get to the traffic light or you'll be stuck here forever. Nonetheless, this used to be one of the places to go for the cheapest gas if you're passing by, but ever since Casey's took over, it's just another pricy gouge.

So recently Casey's Bought out the Pilot convenience stores. It was a large buyout and from the employees say it was because the owner of Pilot never really intended to have convenience stores and just wanted tractor truck fueling centers. Apparently the deal was pretty lucrative. I am not sure i' in love with the switchover. As a frequent buyer of tobacco products I find that the discounts given by Pilot were and are steeper under Pilot than they are under Casey's. In fact if you buy by the carton you rarely get any discounts t at all. Not even fuel points towards the purchase of food. You spend $80 and get no fuel point discount added to your rewards app? Oh, you pretty much have to download the rewards app to even have a hope of saving anything in store. My suggestion is to DL it and use it. I don't normally go here for gas. But, it might come in handy in a pinch. So, the store itself. Location is not in the greatest part of town ever imaginable in the city. The clientele of consumers you will get here is not necessarily the best. Transients, construction workers and sometimes those whom we could best classify as "unique". The store itself is kept pretty clean. The staff is overall nice. The location has a car wash. But, it has been in disrepair long before Casey's bought it from Pilot. So, don't plan on an auto wash with purchase. I'd recommend this business because it's easier to get into as it is on a corner lot with a traffic light. The parking lot is very congested and not that easy to maneuver in. So, be cautious or you'll get hit as the location is often extremely busy.

Some of the worst bathrooms of the interstate. The men’s bathroom did not even have rubbing water in the sink. I couldn’t tell you how long it has been since they were properly cleaned. I believe the Pilot company is based in Knoxville d am surprised that their “home” stores are filthy. This is the second gas station in Knoxville that I have stopped at over the Christmas holidays on the way from Atlanta to Cincinnati and both have been dirty. I use Pilot gas wherever I travel religiously and am almost always pleased with the bathrooms but not in Knoxville.
