OK they have one pump for 100% gasoline with no ethanol so my Pure Gas app was right about this one. So for offering 100% real gasoline I will go five stars even though this is the most interesting and unfriendly looking configuration of a gas pump that I have probably ever seen. When I first pulled up there were two details that immediately caught my attention. First was the very segregated and uninviting placement of the actual pump the second was the ominous form of a spider which seemed to be guarding the keypad that I would need to use if the hose could even possibly reach my car. Lucky for me the unleaded gasoline was facing outward. Had they put it on the other side of the pump, which is the source for some diesel, I may have found it somewhat tricky to position my car within reach. Why do I get the feeling that this particular pilot station may have a unfavorable view towards those of us which prefer gasoline separate from our Everclear? Since I needed some windshield washer fluid, I decided to venture inside the store as well. I was extremely impressed the store was very orderly, clean, with a great selection, and I cannot remember a time that I had ever been presented with a complementary paper funnel when purchasing oil, windshield washer fluid, or any other necessary vehicle fluid. Sometimes the little things actually make a big difference, that certainly stood out to me. Altogether, it’s a great store. I give it five out of five stars.

Rodney is rude and treats people of color with zero respect. When asked a question he felt it necessary to be belittling, degrading and disrespectful. When I let him know his rude communication was unwarranted and unnecessary he told me to go somewhere else. As I tried to complete my transaction he continued to repeat that I go elsewhere. So, I obliged. My money is better spent where I am treated fairly and with respect. This is who represents your brand. Trash.

For a convenient store, it is very inconvenient that I cannot buy cigarettes and a drink with a hundred dollar bill. It was even nicer getting to put my stuff back after staff made zero attempt to make change.

Terrible experience. One of the clerks named Ginger is absolutely insane. I made a comment about beer and she denied my right to purchase beer. So I went to Weigels instead to purchase the beer.Crazy lady. Would not go back.

Worst store in the entire chain. Isn't it illegal for a general manager to ban people from a store simply because they work for a certain company??? Absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer be doing any business with any Pilot in the Knoxville area. Do you ban all black folks when a black person steals from you? What about Hispanics and Vol fans? This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. But Im done with Pilot after having grownup in East TN and being a Pilot customer since the late 80's. Oh, and just so you know, I caught your night cashier Marty having escapades with men in your bathroom twice. Great team at 104, eh?

I was just informed by an extremely disrespectful j*** at the Northshore location that his boss told him that no one from my company is allowed inside because of some prior shoplifting dealio. Really??? I spoke with my boss and he informed me that the guy has been doing this for about 5 years now. I do business with Pilot all over Knoxville. I love their coffee.
