Stay away unless you love drama. Equipment maintained by whats called a " lead driver ". Sounds like an important title. Its not. Just a role to maintain vehicle. ( per the hr department ). And nothing hardly ever gets fix. But the lead sure can use the truck camera to watch you ( which isnt why the camera is in the truck for) . Regional manager is not a hands on person. Havent seen the guy in 2 years. He is very misinformed about almost everything. Never has answers except " ill get back to you about it " if ever. Logistics department. Has no clue how much work can or cant get done in a shift. Always a problem with distpatch . The company as a whole is a nightmare. From store members that constantly need drug tested. To the soon to be retired employees that act like kindergarten kids. Its amazing its still in business. Alot of unethical practices there. Look at the past legal things in the news about pilot / flying j. Benefits are expansive and terrible coverage. The pay is well below par. Havent had a pay raise in 2 years. Alot of preferential treatment. Retaliation is at the forefront if youre not one of the favorites. Company needs a complete revamp from the previous owners. But berkshire hathaway is an investment firm. They are only worried about shareholders. Do your research before appying to this job. You have been warned and shown a very small examples of this company.

I parked at store #1059 in Schulenburg, Texas oh, and I went to the bathroom and it it was nasty and an hour later it was still nasty. Then I paid for a team shower (cash) and both of them where filthy and that’s why I don’t like stopping at y’all’s stores anymore and all my trucking friends say the same thing and have switched to other truck stops!

Wow your average is 2.9 you guys really do suck and I'm not the only one well if any of you truckers were smart you would stay far away don't give them any of your money because they will take all your point and shut down your account so be careful with this company they are dirty and don't care about there customers they just want the billion dollars in profits

I work at a privately owned flying j/pilot in breezewood, pa. We recently received a complaint from the flying j representatives only about me! Why single me out? Nobody at my job complains about me. I'm a good worker I know almost everything I can speak a little bit of Spanish and sign language and everyone appreciates how well I can hear. It's hard to smell clean all day when truckers come in and smell like literal poop no offense to truckers. I understand that they bring us our stuff. I got rehired at 12 dollars and hour and once our pumps went down the GM at the time took me down to 10 dollars an hour without anyone else knowing and now they are scrambling to fix it. I don't get paid enough to get called dirty names by truckers either. I've been called the c word and I've been talked down to. I've been with them on and off for two years. I even lost my relationship because the truckers hit on me. They say I'm not allowed to help truckers on the pump or go downstairs but nobody else knows how the pumps work except me. We are struggling to get everything running and all the truckers complain about how it is right now. Half the issues I mentioned people have told me to go elsewhere for work. I can't. This is the only place that excepts me. I'm going through the hardest time and nobody knows. My ex is keeping my son from me I live with friends right now cause I didn't wanna move 3 hours back home and I don't have my own bed or privacy. I've been through some stuff also. We don't honer any of the corporate stuff which then most blame me. I started vaping because we couldn't give cash advances while our pumps were down so when I denied a trucker 150 dollar cash advance they took it out on me and I couldn't get a word in about it.

Pilot is a joke! How do you bring a program for reserved parking to accommodate truckers who pay for reserve parking to have an empty space available for when the trucker arrives, well that’s not the case at majority of pilot truck stops. They try and wait on security to come but they don’t have security on the property as if the security is part time or something. It’s policy why not call the police (policy enforcer) to enforce your policy) I’ve spent to much money over the years with pilot that as of recently I will not do business with any pilots, Flying J’s or one9’s anymore. They have managers in positions who give off I don’t care attitudes and majority of the showers aren’t being cleaned anyway. They hire these people who aren’t people pleasers and only hire the ones who feel as if working is for having personal conversations. I have had to cancel many reservations and have not been accommodated for these cancelations. All they offer is a refund after driving hours to only be told they can’t enforce policy. Take away the reserve system if you’re not going to enforce it properly. I’ve spent a lot of money on your products and will not be spending anymore after this last encounter

We are a new business. We applied to pilot in a rush to get on the road. Owners wife applied and used her personal accounts. They took the first payment from her account and the business account on the same day after she corrected the information a week prior. Refuse to return the personal account money even after we sent proof to Hector Gomez of the double payment. He gave it to his boss and just more run around.If the money is not returned in 30 days we will be taking it to our attorney. We stopped using the cards, will never use this company again. Would never recommend them. We would give them a - 5 if it were possible.

Update: I have to say i am very impressed with CEO Adam Wright about my experience I had at one of his location in Walton Ky. He reach out to me on a Saturday. You can tell he care about his customers and employees by leading by example! WE NEED MORE CEO’s LIKE ADAM. Just by listening to your customers you have now gain a loyal customer for life.

Paid for reserved parking and got towed. Pilot takes no responsibility, even after a rep told me I shouldn't have been towed. $1000 tow! I have no idea how they don't have it in the system which trucks paid to park, when you have to fill out all your truck and trailer info when you rent a parking space. Bad business!My fleet will never get another drop of diesel from a Pilot, Flying J, or One9! Believe that!

I have just been on vacation. I stopped at a Pilot station to fill up. To my great surprise I see on my charge card a charge of $175.00 plus the dollar amount of my gas which was $67.02. Needless to say the dollar amount was not that at all. This is totally unacceptable to say the least. I will be paying interest on this dollar amount too. I expect a refund ASAP to my card.

Not sure if anyone at HQ actually reads these but here it goes. Please consider opening travel stop in area Sumner,WA. There are several Distribution Centers in the area and parking is a nightmare in this area. A lot of truckers have the same frustration. Thank you

Pilot you make enough money off of us guys with the fuel, the prices inside the stores, etc. at least consider getting rid of the pay for parking. If I have to pay to park there I would expect a cleaner parking lot.
