Not sure if anyone at HQ actually reads these but here it goes. Please consider opening travel stop in area Sumner,WA. There are several Distribution Centers in the area and parking is a nightmare in this area. A lot of truckers have the same frustration. Thank you

The coffee brings me in but please please offer paper cups for hot coffee. You offer organic hot coffee with a styrofoam cup? Come on... Im willing to pay the extra difference that it costs for the paper cup. Most people know that styrofoam cups are not supposed to be used with hot fluids because they can melt. Offer both...

I stopped by for a shower and they were closed. That's ok, I went to the strawberry plains location and got a hot shower with good water pressure.Btw, I'll pay pilot if you let me respond to reviews.
