Want to give zero stars! I drove 30 min for a grooming appointment as my regular was booked. At first they said they could t do it cause she was too anxious; she always is and has been groomed anyway and it went fine; then there was an abrasion under her neck which they shaved to check and then said they couldn’t do it. Wow, the abrasion part is shaved but can’t do the rest? Horrible service! Look at my Baby who isn’t getting her groom!?? and it will be over an hour of my time wasted!!!

We made an appointment for our 11month old labradoodle here when our regular groomer was booked up. There is a reason this place has so many openings and can get you in quickly. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Our dog has never been anxious and our groomer has never had any trouble out of him. We were told our dog is “too anxious and needs to go to a different groomer”. The grooming tables are inches apart and there are easily 5-6 dogs being groomed at the same time. No shock that any dog would be “anxious” in that type of environment.

The groomers at this establishment are poorly trained. I have a 9 month old frenchie who is the absolute sweetest and loves everyone and has NEVER tried to harm anyone. The male groomer seemed annoyed with our Boy immediately because he gets very excited and loves to lick on new people. They told us it would be 10 minutes. Once they called us to come in and get him he immediately said , "it took 3 of us to hold him down to trim his nails and he tried to bite us he is no longer welcome here". Not any questions like has he done this before nothing??!!! And if he had my answer would be absolutely not!! Because we were shocked by this news! Our Boy has never shown this behavior with our vet or the other 2 groomers we have taken him to. Our Boy was so shaken up and took him a bit to calm down. I will never step foot into this place nor should anyone else. There are other dog friendly stores that I will take my business and my boy too.

The grooming team got us in quickly and worked so well with my under socialized foster dog. She was obviously overwhelmed at the groomer, and they were so patient and gentle with her.

Bugs in the gourmet dog treat case. Minimal selection of doggy outdoor gear (hiking harness etc) very expensive too.

I was quickly talked into joining the Petco Vital Care after a grooming appointment. I figured it was something I could cancel... it's not. You're locked into a 1 year contract and you're on the hook for the entire $300. I've done everything possible to get out of it but it's iron clad. It doesn't pay for itself, as they say. I'm having to strategically time shopping and grooming out by month and still won't break even on the deal. AVOID getting swindled into Vital Care at all costs!! Petco will probably respond letting me know what a value it is and how I can be using it (as they did when I tried to cancel 3 times) but they don't carry my dog's food or treats and I only groom him twice a year. So I'm shelling out a ton of money I wouldn't otherwise be spending.

We picked up sum feeder mice and the box they put them n b4 we got home with them they chewed out side of box and was loose n the car for 2 days. They need better boxes with smaller holes

If you are looking for an amazing Groomer please consider Kaitlyn in Knox Plaze. She is consistant and above par. We just can't stop taking our eyes off of Tucker every time we pick him up.

This specific store cancels my order-online, store-pickup orders whenever they do not want to fulfill my orders. Very frustrating.
