Walked into Pardon's Jewelers today to have a wedding band looked at that I had bought there many many years ago. There was two customers there so I waited for someone to help me. As the customers left the store I continued to wait. Neither gentleman behind the counter asked he could help me. I finally got frustrated with no acknowledging my presence so I left without be helped. Times have changed haven't they.

I have always loved this store but after today I won’t be back !! I was at work and couldn’t go in myself so I sent my boyfriend in for me , my medical bracelet had broke I needed it fixed or the other band I have needed sized , when he got there the women working front was very hateful and rude to him she said the braclet wasn’t broke but it is , it keeps coming un done it needs to be tighten and she refused to get the jeweler to come atleast to look at it … she said she wasn’t going to bother him with it cause it wasn’t broke , very rude ladyThere was no harm in having him look at it for us to insure I wouldn’t lose it

First of all the store smells horribly of cat pee! I had a ring sized and rhodium dipped it came out lovely. I was helped by the bald gentleman with tattoos. I went back there today to have a stone removed from a bezel set Tiffany Etoile ring into a new semi mount I purchased. I have been told by the man I mentioned previously that it was a simple process of cutting the side of the bezel, and the stone would then be easily removed. Today I was "helped" by the older woman that works there. I wanted to double check that removing the stone was a simple procedure because it was my grandmothers diamond. She came back with a quote of $140 to remove the stone from one ring and set it in another. She wrinkled her nose after stating the prongs would need to be retipped and I told her it was a new semi mount. She then says "really" as though my mount was as old as she is and stated how terribly thin the prongs were. This is the same lady that I heard tell another customer the last time I was in that their rings were the quality of pawn shop Jewelry!! She is rude and I told her as such and left with my rings in hand. You should never insult another woman's jewelry. You would think someone that works in a jewelry shop would surely know that.

Pardons was recommended by a friend who has been a Pardons customer as well as her parents. They put my Diamond in my wedding band along with 4 of my grandmothers diamonds!! They did an exceptional job and were extremely nice!! Could not have ask for better customer service and expertise! Thank you Pardons!!!

I took my wedding rings to be sized and fixed. They said it would take about a week. 2 days later I get a call that my rings are ready. When she took them out of the envelope I quickly noticed a difference. My rings look as beautiful and bright aa they did 28 years ago. No nicks, no loose stones, just bright and shiny. They did great work and everyone who has helped me have been very professional and friendly! Very happy!
