Service was great,but here it is two years later and still receiving a bill for supplies only. We contacted Medicare two years ago and they told us that Paragon hadn't contacted them. Besides talking to the main office, we contacted the Knoxville office which said they would look into it and call us back. We never received that call. We asked for an itemized list from the main office, which never came. They dumped it on use to do to do their job. For this reason I would give them no stars and why I use a different Infusion company that does their job. Should have written this two years ago after they failed to do anything they said they would.
