The store itself is over priced and they only have one dressing room and it’s located inside of a mall so expect long waits for the dressing room. Forget it if you want to go in with your young daughter in the dressing room , it’s not allowed neither which is silly , it’s allowed in every other store that we went into in the mall . Would not recommend it .

One of the male workers Neylan gave me a dirty look when I asked for help with finding an item. Proceeded to talk to associates and ignored my request for assistance.

Palmetto Moon in Knoxville is an outstanding store, and I can't recommend it enough with 5/5 stars! The moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the fantastic selection of unique gifts, apparel, and home decor items. They have something for everyone, and the variety of products is truly impressive.Moreover, I love the emphasis on quality and the wide range of brands they carry. Whether you're a local or a tourist, Palmetto Moon is a must-visit destination for souvenirs, gifts, and stylish finds. I'm always excited to return and discover new treasures each time I visit!

I would like to give a shout out to Hannah for taking me on a tour of the store (it was my first time) and helping me choose the color of the bag I bought. She is exactly the type of person who should work in retail. I was blown away by how personable she was and her humor was absolutely awesome. Every retail store should have her teach a class on how to treat customers. She was helpful and not pushy. I miss customer service friendly peeps! Thanks Hannah for my experience!!?

Very rude manager!!! I bought a simply southern bag about a yr ago from here. I went in today to see if they had the screws that hold the handles on the bag seeing that mine had come off and got lost. I asked a girl if they had them and she called over the manager to ask her. The manager says to me that simply southern doesn’t even make those. I said that they do that I found them online, I just wanted to know if you had them in the store. She rolled her eyes. She says, “we don’t sell simply southern anymore. We have one more bag that’s simply southern. I can get it down to show you.” I said to her, “why would I buy another bag if the one I bought broke?” She walked off.
