TERRIBLE SERVICE. i ordered a pair of jeans from them 3 weeks ago and not only did i have to contact them twice to even get it shipped but they also came with a broken button. When i went in store to exchange/get a refund i was greeted with,”what?” Needless to say i was disrespected the entire 10 mins i was in there and i will NOT be shopping there again.

We ordered a Silence of the Lambs T-shirt as a Christmas gift. They sent a Motley Crue shirt. So we had to scramble to find another gift in time. I called customer service and they told me they would send out the correct shirt right away. It is now July and we have never heard another word about it. I just gave up and kept the other shirt. Horrible service overall.

They ALWAYS ring me up wrong. I have gotten overcharged twice. The last time I was in there, the person helping seemed annoyed that I needed them to unlock the changing room. Two stars only because I go here to get my Brandy Melville and Essentials pieces (which I love).

Lots of merchandise to shop. Son was looking for glasses to help with his remaining vision. Choose a pair with blue tint and got another with pink tint for me.
