I deposited 2k and the atm just took the money but didn’t deposit it in my account. I thought it needed some time to get into the account so I waited for a week to see what was happening. When I still didn’t see the money in there i called. I was chastised for not having called right away. I was given a provisional credit but they didn’t find the machines out of balance and clearly did not believe that I had put money in there. But I DID put money in there. I needed that money to pay my mortgage. So now they are about to overdraft my account and won’t even waive the overdraft fee. I was told I have under 24h to have the money in the account not to overdraft. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do and I’m seriously considering banking with a different lender because of this ordeal.

The staff is nice but it would be great if the loan officers were in office instead of working remotely. I prefer speaking with someone face to face.

Due to the SVB bank failure, my wife and I realized we were overexposed significantly. We went into ORNL to open a 5 month share at 450k. Despite them being anti 2A, we chose them because of the high rate for said deposit/share. We walked in at 4pm. They close at 5pm. We waited 17 minutes and during that time one of the employees took someone else behind us waiting in line to open an account for them, skipping us despite the fact we were in front of them. . Another few minutes passed and said employee came out and had the audacity to ask us to come back another day to open the account. It was about 4:20 pm at that point. She evidently did not care about a new account and wanted to go home instead of strengthening her credit union. By her own admission it would take 30 minutes to open said account. We left and will never return and they won’t see my 450k.

There is no way to view your checking/savings account number through Online Banking, and you also can't make a transfer to an external bank account online. I think this is the only bank I've dealt with that makes it that hard to access your own money. There is also no way to set up two-factor authentication to get into your online account, which is not very secure and should be a standard feature in 2021.

Visited this location to open a few accounts after a friend had suggested this credit union. Found that the branch staff here are super friendly and helpful. Branch Assistant Manager Chris is an A++++ member and loved my wallet.

I am doing some banking today. The ITM lanes here are so easy to go through. I never have to go inside anymore. The tellers were nice, it is just so much more convenient to use the ITM lanes.

It took me three days of calling before I was able to speak to someone competent enough to make a transfer from my business account to my personal account. This frequently happens, very few people inside this building know how to do their jobs. They are very friendly though, which is why I award them 2 stars.

Used the drive through ITT machines. Some days the teller machines are slow.. some days not. Online tellers are professional, and fast.

They never sent my car title after I paid it off. Then claimed it got lost in the mail. No other problems, but this was enough.
