I called for some parts and they said they had it then drove 45 minutes and then they said we don't have the part. It's happen 4 times so will not do business with this store any more.

The best guys that O'Reilly's have hired. Product knowledge is perfect, I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my parts!! I want to mention two of the guys: Ryan and sky always make sure I'm taken care of.... I would definitely recommend the western Ave store!!!

I went to O’Reilly’s on Western Ave to try and find a replacement for my driver side window switch. I worked with Ryan the assistant manager, who found they didn’t have the part in the store but could order for me. Great! He then took a look at the original switch, came out to my car and literally fixed it for me. He didn’t try to oversell me on the new part nor did he dismiss what I needed, my window wouldn’t let up. He fixed the original switch for me and I walked out happy and smiling. Great service
