I bought a new battery from the store on Cherry Street and had it installed but the guy scratched my fender by dragging it across instead of picking it up or putting a protective cover over my fender so no chance of scratches.

Kent is an amazing person he is has amazing work ethics, that man can help you find anything you need, and then some, he will bend over backwards to help you, he will make sure you are satisfied with whatever it is you are looking for he goes above and beyond. I would give him 40 stars if i could! that man knows his stores, ive seen him and hes helped me at other stores as well.

Was told by 3 locations "the guy" that turned rotors left by 6 pm when I called. They close at 9. Go to Firestone and get them done. Buy parts at another store. They just lie and avoid service.
