My vacuum wasn't sucking into the canister so he found the problem now it works ? I wasn't even charged for his service, I would recommend this shop.

If I could give Ernie Hamilton 20 Stars, I would! I came into his store desperate for help repairing my Hoover upright carpet cleaner. He was kind, very courteous and more than willing to assist me! He never mentioned that this was a model that he did not service, he jumped right in made the repair, tested it a couple of times just to be sure he had it just exactly right! He did an amazing job, made me feel so important! Then, if that wasn't enough, he refused to let me pay for his expertise, amazing! I cannot thank him enough, thank you Ernie from the bottom of my heart! You are such a valuable asset to your industry, and to Knoxville and the surrounding area!

I was in the Oreck store in Turkey Creek (Knoxville Tennessee) this week, looking for some help with my two older vacumns. A young man named Ernie helped me by checking out the machines and found that they both had severly plugged hoses. He removed the clogs and got the machines working again in a matter of 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this store for any of your vacumn needs. I know where I will go when I need to buy a new vacumn cleaner.
