I've not only used them for many years, many times but I've sent many dozens of people to them. A driver there had used to be great so I told everyone that came looking for a tow. I've worked on cars for many years. They must be tired of making money. Called and gave them the heads up I'd need a tow soon. I called back he says get to the vehicle and call back again even though I thought that was not required I go. I did so only to be told he wouldn't come because it was about twenty feet off a gravel driveway saying it was muddy. I'm literally there on the dry ground and he's imagining mud that's not there geez. He gave me a number of some guy that didn't even answer the phone like a business and after wasting my time with him too and refusing service for being afraid of getting his WRECKER stuck in mud! lol get a better rig or stop already if your too old or scared to provide the service. #1 disappointment definitely but not service.

Bill picked up my car to be towed from UTK's campus today and was quick to navigate where I was on campus (which wasn't easy) and get my car loaded up so fast. Plus, he was incredibly pleasant! He helped me handle a stressful, unexpected situation with such kindness.Service: Car towing
