I'v been printing my work there since 2014, the staff are very friendly. they transfer the printing to self printer but still they help if there is some issues also the raised the prices but still cheaper than other places

Came here as a solution to recycling my offices ink cartridges for yearsss, and continually asked about the points system logistics and how to cash in on 30+ cartridges at $2/piece towards store credit at the register. Was always told to check my account online, which I didn’t have set up at the time. Recently found out that the cash back expires at the end of every month against what I was previously told, and something I wish I was told at the register sooner…still good to recycle cartridges though, but most everything is significantly overpriced. Word from experience: hoard your cartridges, bring them in all at once, and immediately turn around to use the store credit so it doesn’t disappear on you

Honestly the manager is amazing and the employees are very friendly so they would get five stars for that, when they are there. If you need to print go somewhere else. They can't keep employees here and chances are you'll waste a trip. It's absurd. Corporate needs to pay them what they are worth.

Just had to drop a review for the team at this store because they seriously deserve it. Lost my wallet recently (just right on Sunday before the historical Knoxville 2024 snow storm) at this store. Guess what? The crew found it and kept it safe for days. Didn’t realize I lost it (coz we were stuck, didn’t have to get out). My husband was only able to pick it up the following Friday. Everything - cash and all - was intact!
Major kudos to the team for being so trustworthy and just plain awesome. Anyone looking for a place that values honesty and their customers, this is your spot.

The staff was so helpful and I was able to get my daughter’s invitations printed in minutes. The Staples store wouldn’t even help me. Huge difference in services. So I will definitely be back.

Recently went to Office Depot on Kingston Pike for Office Supplies. I remember when they first opened the doors at this location, I have been shopping there many times. The before school shopping time and the Tax Free weekend that TN offers, my only advise is to get there early because they run out of things. Been there, was not fun. But besides that time, they keep the store well stocked the rest of the year. They do tend to keep up with Technology changes as well when it comes to computers that they sale. I personally like filling my needs for Writing implements & Office Supplies here. For the most part the Staff is friendly, however the guy that walks around the store wearing his Air Pods, well he is not helpful at all. I asked him a question as he walked right past me, he apparently did not hear me. I followed and asked again but another staffer saw that I was asking for help and helped me, she also apologized to me for her co-workers rude behavior. I did complain about the other person to her. Otherwise, I have not had an extremely bad experience there.
