This place is never open. Hours on the door are no where near accurate at all. Employees are nice outside of the owner who has no people skills and never opens on time. No near by competition is the only reason this place has stayed open so long. Ready for west Knoxville to open a new head shop.

I went in to look things over. Sign said off the wall, and at that moment I thought that defined me to a certain extent. Great customer service. Great help picking out products. And I will say I was very pleased with the guidance I received... thank you for the friendly service...

Came all the way here from the other side of town to an open sign on and the doors closed up— even google says they open at 10:00.. waited around until 11 and even called, only to leave and no one be there still. Very disappointed

I had a great experience today! Riley was very helpful. I had a issue with a item and he was happy to help! And then walked me through a few more items I have struggled to find around the west side of town!

After walking in this shop after reading great reviews I was greeted by the most rude and unknowledgeable employees I’ve ever met! After browsing the glass and being told about 12 times I couldn’t afford it, and that he knew the owner so good and how it was such a perk of working there! How gross! I’ll take my money to smoke rings and I advise everyone else to unless you like being insulted by the staff! Such a disgusting experience. Little did the young long haired guy know I have more heady glass at home than they had on display! This was on a Saturday at 3:30 PM no other customers in the store you’d think they’d be thankful for the business.

First off, my issue isn’t the stores fault. My issue is: I bought a vape cartridge last week, and it just clogs. I’ve never had one clog before and it’s been very frustrating.

Got told we couldn’t buy anything because my friend said the word “weed” to me even though delta 8 is legal and has it in it ??♀️ The guy is ALWAYS rude every time I have been in this store. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Good product. Nice people. Not business minded. Erratic hours. Inconsistent. Frustrating. Xmas Eve stated open "now to 3". Not open. I'll spend my money somewhere else. Update: as I'm backing out to leave, a dude comes up and says the owner is on his way-overslept. Meantime, there are now three of us waiting to spend money here, waiting outside while they get it opened. How much business did they miss? Do they care?

this place has been here for us for ever ! $10 for three beads is wayyyyyy to cheap ya jahbronie good beads are $60 each. BEST SMOKE SHOP IN TOWN !!!! yea maybe it is dirty who cares its 20years old. respect small business they are people with family and kids just like you and me ☯️✌️
