I was impressed that the driver arrived five minutes early for my 5:30am pickup at the hotel. He was an excellent driver, and very friendly and courteous also. Will definitely use Red Star Taxi again next time I come to Knoxville.

No one else would come get us, but this place was fast and helpful. Very friendly service. And yes, if you are having them drive you to another town, they want cash up front and I don't blame them!! Not a problem, flat rate and very reasonable. Nice ride, good conversation and already plan to use them next time we are in town

Usually they respond swifty but now I'm waiting for the taxi 40 minutes past the estimated time! It's annoying I'm a regular and I tip but i feel like I'm not respected as a customer

I spoke to this company to schedule a six week pick up for a client and they agreed to the job. The next day when the first pick up was scheduled, Red Star Taxi never showed up for my client or had the decency to call. You cannot count on this company!

Top notch service! Arrived quickly at our house for trip to the airport on short notice, there quickly and safely. Driver said to call them from our last flight connection on way back, giving dispatch our flight #, airline & ETA and they'd meet us at TYS. Sure enough, driver was waiting for us...without extra charge. Can't ask for better service!

Taxi was 15 minutes late for a 6:00 am flight. HORRIBLE SERVICE, thank you Lyft! I will stick with Lyft or Uber.

We used them to go out to the airport and they came when they said they would and actually about the same price as Uber! The guy that picked us up was originally from Gambia. His English was a little broken up but we still were able to communicate with him. We will definitely use them again

I used these guys on Friday night after being promised a ride with Paradise Taxi which I normally have used in the past. The dispatcher​ a female who is a smartass and very rude on the phone to me 1/19/18, all because I moved to another location because I didn't want to wait an hour. This guy was sick and taking over for his sick boss, ​came right out even though he was off. I will use Red Star from now on!

This taxi driver was rude and over charged us. He never gave us our luggage and my husband started to get it. And dragged my husband with his van until my husband yelled. He jumped out and yelled he forgot He picked us up at Mcghee Tyson and was upset because he didn't go to far. I couldn't walk and had to have a cab to get to our car. We will never be using this service again and would go as far as warning anyone starting to get into their vehicles.
