“I've been picking up feed here for years for my chickens and pigeons. I had to return 2 bags of feed this October due to mold and weevils the CoOp had been shipped a pallet from their supplier. They exchanged the feed for a better product than I bought because all they had was the pallet of bad product. Nice upgrade. I just had to bring back my bag with the weevils so they could apply for credit from their supplier. Really a great group running the store.”

The only critiques I have is - the cashier should default to sending an email receipt. There have been a couple of times now that I have check out and the cashier speeds through it and doesn't send the email receipt, which is my preference for record keeping.
Second, renting the work truck takes longer than it should. I have had to rent it multiple times, and each time I end up having to do all the paperwork. Why? It is 2025. First rental, yea. Paperwork. Second rental? Third? Should just be looking up my name, seeing it is done, and handing over the keys. It isn't just an inconvenience to me, but it is an inconvenience to the service reps. They seem to be the busiest people in the store, and the last thing they want to deal with is the dang truck stuff!”

Did I leave empty-handed? No, I purchased beautiful pansies and bulb food for my 100 daffodil and tulip bulbs yet to be planted.”
