Customer Service was decent in my opinion. Not bad but also not excellent to my expectations. If you have a couple of issues on your car to be fixed they can and will fix it. Buy your own parts someone told me but when you do that they say they not making no money off you so they skyrocket the labor charges. To each your own : but just go ahead and by the parts from them so you can save coins on the labor fees. Cause they will bust your head! Oh. P.s dont have any transmission issues they wont fix that. Overall my car got fixed and runs better so its a safe place to trust in.

I believe in driving used cars. I searched for 20 plus years for a auto service business that would price their work fairly and do good work. Dwight at Norwood service center has been fantastic. I have now been bringing my service work to him for five plus years. On the occasion that a repair does not get completely done satisfactorily, he always makes it right without complaining. He does not try to upsell me on stuff I may or may not need. I highly recommend this business!Services: Engine repair
