Norma was amazingly knowledgeable, informative, professional, and thorough. She always took the time to answer every question my husband and I had and always with patience and kindness. Norma was always available when I needed her and was quick to reply to my messages. She was incredibly personable and friendly, making me feel at ease during the entire process.
