Front end alignment on 69 cougar. Done in a timely, efficient manner at a fair price. But they charged me a shop fee on top of alignment fee. Only been charged a shop fee one other time in my life. I don't know why they do that. They should just add it to the alignment charge to start with so it don't seem like gouging. Because its not a normal practice. Just saying.

The work does take a little more time than I think other places might, but the work is always quality and affordable, so I don't mind waiting a little longer for my car repairs to get done. And everyone there is always helpful and kind

I have patronized National Auto for several years and have always found them to be courteous, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. I feel that they charge fairly and they always make sure that I am aware of the work they are doing and the cost. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service and I recommend them to my friends!
