I was just in the store about an hour ago today. I counted about 7 people walking back and forth behind the register. One man was on the phone and looked up at me as I stood behind the line drawn on the floor. There was another customer standing on the left of me also waiting for help. There was another male worker standing behind the register ignoring the lady also. I ask what could possible be going on that we are being ignored? I realized that none of the white worker are going to acknowledge me. I then turned around to see if I could find what I needed on my own. I then saw another worker in the isles and she just so happened to look like me. I was so thankful and knew I would get some help. I walked over to her and asked my question. She took me to the correct product and we talked for a few minutes. I then told her that if she had not been here, I would still be standing there waiting and looking for help. The lady said she knows and is aware of it going on. She apologized and I thanked her again. I then walked up to the line again on the floor and held up the item so they know they no longer had to help but as I've been told for so long now, our credit cards, debit cards and (green cash) is worth being acknowledged. Good thing the credit cards, debit cards and cash are not a skin color! Thank you lady worker that helped me today, you know who you are!
