Would be a nice service center but they have had their public restroom out of order so customers couldn't even use the facilities to wash their hands after pumping fuel for a very long period of time. They use the excuse that the homeless uses or abuses their restroom therefore they keep it locked and tell customers that it is out of order. I will no longer patronize an establishment that doesn't care about their customer's needs any more than that not to mention they have some of the rudest people working there that I have ever encountered.

They always have the lowest gas prices around; anywhere from $0.10 to $0.35/gal lower than competitors. Of all the area Murphy's, the one in Powell is lowest. The reason for only 4 stars is because the prices posted on shelves for store merchandise seldom is the actual price.

I don't believe I've ever evaluated this gas station before. I go to get three or four times a week. They generally do have the lowest price of gas in town however they do an absolutely terrible job and maintaining the pumps. Pump five and six have not worked and you can't prepay on them and instead of getting them fixed they put a sign up that's been up for about a month. Now today I go to pump two to get gas and it says printer jammed and I go in and tell the lady about it and ask her if she knew and she said yes they know they haven't fixed it yet. Always seems to be problems with the pumps and the printers and or not being able to prepay at the pump. Do your job as a manager and get the pumps fixed my God that's not too much to ask

I didn't feel like a rating of three was deserved so I went one rating lower. My rating tonight would have been a two and a half. My question is, why do they always have the lowest gas price in town, which I'm not complaining about, but never have paper towels outside at the gas pumps. How would anybody be able to use the window washer brushes and wipe off the water or more importantly check oil or other engine fluids when they're filling up? tired of the covid excuses that there's no paper toweling available or shortage. Please get some paper toweling to make our visits at the gas pump better.
