I came in looking for a wig storage container and left with a beautiful wig. The lady that helped me was (forgive my spelling) Ms. Yong. She was very patient and helpful. I will be back in the future.The only thing I don’t like is my wig is shedding like crazy. Do they suppose to do that?

All wigs are synthetic and not heat friendly. They have a a big selection of short styles but I felt like the selection of wigs was geared toward older women.

My hair has been falling out after having had COVID. I thought a hair topper was what I needed but the kind lady that was helping me was concerned that it wouldn't hold in my thinning hair so she helped me select a wig that was just right for me. I love it!! Thank you for your kindness and expert help.

This place will let you try the wig on. They will even put the wigs on for you. Not pushy, let you decide what you want. They are very helpful. They treat you like there family. I would highly recommend this place. Here are my wigs.

I took my grandmother here to look for a wig. The owner, Yeon, was so patient and helpful. We never felt rushed. Yeon was so kind! Highly recommend!

Had fun trying on multiple wigs. Have a special occasion coming up and wanted to be super cute! Service was amazing, product quality was superb, price was fabulous! Not pushy and made sure I had everything I needed! Will definitely be back for more...think I'm about to start a collection!

We drove from Waynesville NC to take my wife. She had a very severe case of COVID and has lost her hair as a result. She made my wife so comfortable and found her a wig that’s made her feel like herself and so happy. Great service great product.

Wore the wig I biught for the first time today, its super itchy, one of the seams is not see properly. Disappointed with this one. I have no hair so the fibers are very irritating. Its been a couple of months since I bought the wig and normally wear short wigs but tonight wanted to try long. The short wig I bought from the same place is really great. Ot sure what I can do with it being a purchase made months ago

My best friend and I went to Mosaics today to purchase a wig for me. We had the absolute best time with Lucy who was very patient and helpful with me. I bought a beautiful wig after trying several on and I’m absolutely in love with it! So thankful we went and will recommend Mosaics to everyone interested in wigs. She has a very nice selection and great prices!

Really nice shop and great selection! I have bought my 3rd wig from this place. It has a great selection and high quality wigs. They have the lace front, mono caps, wefted caps. Prices are very good and the customer service is excellent. If you are looking to buy a wig, you can't go wrong with this store.

I took my mom to this wonderful place!! The ladies at the shop were phenomenal and patient with my mom. They treated my mom as if she were royalty! They were very attentive to her and every detail to make this a pleasant experience. The lady who helped with styling and care for the wig was extremely knowledgeable. Hands down, the absolute best customer service and pricing. When you go, expect to be pampered and allow time for that!!
