All I needed was access to an ATM. I arrive at 6:45 on Monday and doors are locked. The door clearly shows that the lobby opens at 7 AM and that is where the ATM is. I wait. 705 approaches and doors are still locked. I get on Yelp and it shows that they don't open until 10 AM on Monday. I am very disappointed and my time was waisted. They could at least update their hours!

Carolyn/ Knoxville Ten. Was great! She is on the "1 800- 922-6262.." support for customers. I own several businesses and will remain a loyal banking customer because of her! Linn With small business accounts helped also!Linn is out of the Tampa FLorida phone support services!

I went to this branch today. Very very rude and unprofessional. I talked to the lady teller first. Not sure of her name. Asked me why I didn't just deposit my check into my banks account. Rudly. First off not her business. Then would my cash my payroll check from their bank just because it didn't have jr on it. Went to get a little prick of a boy ... NICK ..... He was rude to ... I told them that the Kingston branch cashed it... But they wouldn't because of the check not having jr on the end like my license did.... If I could legally do more than this i would.. horrible people. Really should be fired..... Stay away... And people wonder why no one likes bank of America... It's employees like this !!!!!

Friday, 2:25: We all know Friday is the busiest banking day. I know it, you know it. Apparently BoA does not know it. 2 tellers, 1 floor associate. That is just ridiculous. Folks ahead of me waiting for an associate have been waiting 45 minutes. Apparently BoA forgot that the money they get fat off of is their customer's. After 35 minutes a gentleman came up and ask what I needed (I was the last person still waiting). I told him and of course he "can't help me, are you signed in?" . There IS NO sing in!! The only floor associate then came to help me and was very nice. Never introduced herself, told me her name or asked mine. Again, very nice but what a joke!

Worst bank ever. Went for help since my son and daughter in law were out of country and their BOA cc would not work. This is AFTER they logged on to the BOA app and informed them that they were giving a travel notice. Gave travel notice 5 times and still not able to use cc. BOA branch employees was of the attitude "not my problem, not my department". I will never use them and my son and daughter in law plan on paying off the account and closing it.

I finally made the move and left BOA about two years ago. I now bank with Ally Bank. An online bank with great services and a 1.45% savings interest rate. And they have tons of free network ATMs and will refund up to $10 a month if you use an out of network ATM. Wonder why it took me so long to come to my senses. I tried going a few weeks ago to deposit some cash to my parents account. BOA kindly told me they don't accept cash and I would need to get a check or money order. A bank that doesn't accept cash? Think twice before signing up for this bank.

I like this bank so far. It is fairly close for me. Yes, you do have to park in a garage. But, they have designated spots right by the door. If they are in use you can circle a time or two and generally catch one. They also will validate your parking receipt. That makes the parking free. The tellers are friendly. I have not waited at all and had to wait a bit. It seems typical of any bank I have done business with.

Drove 3 hours to get here because its the only one close by, all the other locations have incorrect address. There is no free parking.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! Easy to find, close parking for a downtown location, and I didn't have to wait at all even during prime afternoon time! Even those in the waiting area after me didn't seem to be waiting long. Michael was very helping taking care of my banking needs and offered great advice without being pushy. Will come back!!

Painfully slow....serious...painfully slow. Having a "Greeter" is nice but adds zero value when there is a back up of customer waiting to be serviced. All we wanted to do was open an account. After the "greeter" ( who acts like a Mayor shaking hands and telling you "you're next" several times), welcomes you, one simply wonders why a greeter is needed and why we do not have this person actually help someone. It's no wonder other banks have better ratings. Just sayin'
