this place is worthless. paid $17 for "the works". had to go home and wash the vehicle again. was hoping for a good simple wash to get salt residue of my car complete fail by pure magic. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Vaccums are super weak also. just terrible

Even the highest-end price option for a wash really just knocks the surface dirt off, and then makes your car semi-glossy, sort of in most places, but no real clean; can't beat a hand-detail for sure.

Michael's Magic Car Wash has the best environment. Not only do it if they do an exceptional job detailing your car, but they also make you feel like you're at home with family while you wait. I would recommend this car wash to anyone

I have been a customer for a long time with two vehicles. About a week and a half ago we went through the car wash and when I was drying the car I saw circular scratches on the hood apparently from the brushes in the wash. Manager made a report. Sent it to the owner. The owner said that it couldn't be from their car wash because no other cars reported scratches. While I was reporting it they were not asking anyone else if their cars had been scratched so how would they know. The owner tried to tell me it was not from them. I went to an auto body shop and explain what happened and they agreed with me that the circular brush is scratched the paint on my car. I am going to cancel both of our monthly subscriptions and I am also going to call the television stations locally and report this and hopefully something will be done. I'm not the type of person that's trying to get something for nothing. I just want my car repaired properly.
