4 stars because this place is usually very helpful and have a very good stock of parts... however, ONE parts salesman ruins my experience anytime I have to deal with him and we buy A LOT of parts there. I believe Tim is his name, you'll know him if you go in there. Usually with his arms crossed avoiding anything that has to do with his job. When you do get the pleasure of talking to him you get the most rude, vague, and hateful tone you could ever imagine. He acts as if he's doing this as a favor and will treat you like an absolute moron. I have not a single clue as to how or why that man still works there. Until he's gone I'll keep using other sources for parts after the conversation we had a couple days ago.

It took over 7 hrs to figure out and fix an air leak. With all the time and less than $200 in parts, my bill was almost $2000. If the mechanic doesn't know what he's doing, he should reach out for help and not waste time. By taking 7 hours, it affected my business and caused me to be late to my next appointment.

I personally think it's just a joke to go to a Dealership and can Only Buy A Blank Key!! You can't even get one cut to fit your truck.....WHY!!!!???Shouldn't be Any Excuse that you can't get a key made!!!!
