To whom it may it may concern . I was in your store today at Clinton hwy there was a young man named William that helped me get my phone set up. First I just want to say William a very knowledgeable young man very helpful and compassionate about his job and helping people. Everything he told me was the truth and on point .if we had more people like William in the world just thing how the world would be. metro pcs he's a keeper. Thanks William for everything you do. Of helping peole and knowing your job.That means a lot these days and time's.

My associate was very helpful and found the best option to suit my situation. After having two tablets break (charging port) within weeks I had lost the money for not only the 2 tablets but the $30.00 for the services so I was not thrilled to go through the process yet again. It all worked out for us in the end!

I needed to pick my son up a phone today and unfortunately they were out of the one he wanted so the sweet girls at the store went out of there way to call around and find the phone he wanted at a different store! They were sweet and super helpful and i would recommend them to ANYONE in town!!!
