My father went into the store. He couldn’t remember the girls name but thinks it was Keisha or something. He said she was nodding off mid conversation appeared to be “on something”. He said at one point she reached into her pocket and a small bag of something fell out. We will not be using this store.

I had no way of getting internet in my house and when I came in to metro A young lady marquisha helped me thank I'm so excited, thank. you so much I Had No idea what I was going to do but now it all taking care of Go Metro!!!!!!

To whom it may concern. I will no longer go to any other metro location or carrier except for this one!!! Mrs. Quesha was amazing ?? she was very helpful, made me understand how things worked and help educate me on the device I was purchasing and gave me a great deal. She also helped me get my phone "carrier unlocked" from my previous carrier which was TracFone. She deserves a raise and a promotion!!! Just love this girl!!

Came to this store and desperately needed help with my phone and omg marquesha was the best!!! She was so professional and polite. She understood the assignment and went straight to action. She didn’t try to just sell me something to get me out of her face she literally took her time l, listened, and carefully reprogrammed my phone. She also was able get me a free tablet worth 170.00 bucks all I had to pay was around 50.00 bucks for it. It also came with unlimited internet. Man oh man anyone looking for great customer service I would recommend going to go see her “marquesha “ at the western ave location asap thanks again girl!!! Saved my life!!

Me and my fiancé had a bad experience with Nathaniel Barker this morning on western Ave . My fiancé just purchased a new phone. HE was having trouble sending texts .Nathaniel said he could fix it with a $10.00 fee that he put in his pocket!
Secondly, he made 2 cash app transactions, which totaled $100.00, that he sent to HIS SELF from my fiancé phone . All this proof has been recorded and screenshot.This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated .Legal action will be taken !!!

I absolutely love metro they have the best prices for phones and plans I just got the IPhone SE and it's AMAZING ? ? ? I payed $170 and ported in from another carrier . Where could you go and get an Iphone that cheap....Nowhere but metro !!!!!!

Worst place to get a phone through (this franchise not metro it’s self) why have someone running your store that obviously doesn’t know what he is doing for one and for two has hickies covering his whole neck?! He didn’t even try to resolve the issue. That’s how you lose loyal customers!!! Shame on y’all! He offered the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! We called customer service and they fixed the issue within 60 seconds. Highly disappointed and don’t recommend this store for help.

Stopped by to pay my bill and get my sim working. Sat outside for 40 minutes because there was a sign on the door that read “out to restroom .” Door was locked and no one ever came to unlock the door. Multiple people came and left while I was waiting..
