I have been a customer for 4 years and today I may be going elsewhere. I was going in to pay my bill and the lady working there was coming outside to smoke I seen the cigarette in her hand. Hatefully she asked if I was going into the store and I said yes. She starts bitching about every time she goes outside someone comes in she hasn't had a break all-day. She was talking to someone on her phone and they told her to calm down. I don't mean to be rude but I don't know the ladies name but she looks like a meth head. To me she looked unclean half of her teeth are missing and she is just out right rude. I have worked retail in the past and yes it can be aggravating but you can't be rude to your customer's especially a loyal 4 year customer. This is the Western Ave location by the way the one next to Great clips. I was going to have a tablet added onto my account but she was so hateful and rude I changed my mind. I hate to leave Metro but after today I will take my business elsewhere. Stop hiring meth heads!

I have gone there twice this week and today I have absolutely had it with this company and this store. The woman working in there this week was very rude and disrespectful and every time I came into the store she always had something different to say. I was told to get a claim and had another phone sent to me. so I did and the phone took 2 days to get here and was supposed to be overnight. Then they sent it with no sim card. I called metro they then said I had pay 10$ more dollars to get it. They are always ripping you off for money. The woman told me to bring the phone up there after I got it and she would set it up and I didn't have to bring anything. So I drove 30 min just for her to tell me oh i need this, this and this. Then she tells me I can't get into your account because I cant send you a code. I said told her of course you cant thats why I had to get a new phone. She does not need to work in customer service at all

Store is fine but has the worst parking lot in all of Knoxville. It badly needs to be paved, not patched paved, the asphalt is turning into gravel. Patching only make it worse the stores it this center might get more business if customers weren't afraid of damaging their car in the parking lot. All of it needs it not just the front the back needs it as well

I was deciding between two different Samsung phones S21 Ultra Fe or the A53. The representative there Hakeem was fantastic and super knowledgeable in the differences between the two phones. phenomenal employee to have.

They were very rude to me. Did not want to return a phone that was under warranty and let me keep my phone number. I called customer service customer service told them to do it and how to do it and they still refused. The sales clerks finger nails were filthy. It literally looked like she had been digging in the dirt.
