Terrible experience with the manager of this location. I will never go back to this location until I know this lady is no longer with the company. Irate with the situation. Manager exchanging money with customers always rude and irate with customers. Told her my budget was a certain amount but she wouldn't let me out with a phone for that amount had to pay $300 for a new phone. Do better metro I have complained before multiple times and you all have chose to ignore it. Thanks loyal customer.

I’m on hospice. I have Pancreatic adenocarainoma and can’t come into the store so I called this store just to figure out what to do. The guy who answered was so mean and before I could even explain he said let me stop you right there, I’m not customer service and if you want help you need to come into the store or call 611 I started to explain my situation and he said sorry for your luck. So I called the store on Chapman hwy and they shamed the person at this store and helped me. Now I’m here to shame them again. I’ve been sick my whole life and your bad attitude wasn’t necessary. I was crying when I called the Chapman hwy store and you should be ashamed of yourself. Shame shame shame.(Update: I lost my number and switched to USCellular. Good luck with these people)

Quick, Easy, and relatively inexpensive. one of the workers explained everything in a kindly manor. couldn't of asked for better.
