My experience at istorage was absolutely 5 stars. Most of my experience was with Charissa Fetters and she has been great! She's always ready to help in any way she can, and does so in a professional and timely fashion. And she's always smiling, people nowadays tend to forget how contagious a positive (or negative) attitude can be. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking to rent a storage location.

I come once in a while to pay for my sister's unit and every time I come up there, Charissa is always so kind and helpful. She always has a big smile on her face and is so pleasant to talk to.
