ROACHES !!! STINK BUGS!!! MOUSE POOP, Everywhere. Do not use this storage unit complex unless you want your stuff to be nasty and ruined!! Only took a few pictures because I thought the complex owner would be more helpful but they weren’t! And like others stated the are constantly raising there rates even though they advertise it at a lower price, but that is only for the first month or so.

We rented a small unit for over a year. It was well secured and easy to access . Management Charles was knowledgeable and helpful to deal with when I had questions. The move in and out process was seamless. Price was responsible and it was very clean. Will definitely recommend this storage to anyone needing anything to keep their items safe!

Beware! Our unit was robbed of over $2,000 in belongings and the facility covered it up. They did not call to let me know our unit was robbed and put a plastic lock on it instead. They have been no help in rectifying this situation. Terrible customer service and management. The police even said this place is no good! Do not put your belongings at this facility. Terrible!

Nice storage facility. I have been using for the past six months without any issues or concerns. Units are clean and staff has been available to answer all questions I had.

Attendant seemed to think that he could use abusive language to customers,demaned that the customer " clean up your damn mess before I get back"! Wasn't me he was talking to BUT!! all within shouting distance could have heard him! Very unprofessional, uncalled for.
