I was given a price for a W-4 13. Ibeam over the phone and told that it was in stock. I could come by whenever and pick one up. The same week I called and was told that they didn’t have it and 20 foot sections ready that it would have to be cut And that that couldn’t happen today . Then I was told they didn’t have it in stock. That it had all been sold. I told them that I had a project and had hired help for the project for this weekend with the information that was given to me earlier in the week, they told me there was nothing they could do, I spoke to the manager and express my frustration with him about how I had hired help and this project was for my mother for Mother’s Day He rudely said come on through and I got you and then hung up the phone on me. Received a message and a voicemail stating that the beam would need to be paid for with a credit card to get the process rolling with an invoice Price almost doubled Original quote. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and the managers, tone and disrespect hanging up the phone on me. I asked him when the owner would and with the tone he said probably Wednesday he had knee replacement. I wish Wayne a speedy recovery And will be having a conversation with him about this service on Wednesday I will update my afterwards.

Everyone was very helpful with my project. Easy to get in and out. The two square poles I purchased were great for my purple martin birdhouse project. Very strong to handle any wind.

Excellent place!! I have gone in here several times and have never been disappointed. They are the nicest and most helpful people around. Most metal suppliers act like they don't want to deal with you unless your buying in bulk. Metal Supermarkets is always ready to cut what I need or have it already in the scrap cuts. I would highly recommend this place if you have never been or needing metal you will be pleased you will keep coming back!

There was an accident at the turnpike gatehouse in Oak Ridge, and the company that I work for was charged with making repairs to the damage. When I called metal supermarkets they provided the right material at the right size, that fit perfectly to fill the area needed to finish the repair. The folks at metal supermarkets were cordial, fun to deal with, and their service was beyond what I expected for a sheet metal distribution outlet. I highly recommend their service and products.
