The negative comments I have are in regards to two issues. (1) Your Results. (2). Their online site can’t be navigated by a professional!! I have tried 6 times to get my results with no success. It has told me my name was incorrect ; my date of birth was incorrect, my user ID incorrect,.. and when I did get far enough to try and scan my government ID it didn’t take it!! After 6 attempts you’re locked out ! I have reached out to Quest 2 times with no response. I’m very disappointed”

When I tell you this staff went above and beyond to have you feel relaxed and welcome at all times. The service and staff was excellent. “I had an excellent experience at the University of Tennessee Medical Center LabCorp location thanks to Wendy and Bri. I came in early on a Friday morning with a complicated order that required five separate timed blood draws, which I know is not routine and takes a lot of coordination.
They were both incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They stayed organized, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Their compassion and attention to detail truly stood out and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one. Highly recommend this location because of staff like them.”

“I made an appointment to come in for a blood draw on 1/29/2026 in the afternoon after they reopened from lunch. The lady holding things down at the front counter was super helpful and took my blood draw orders and insurance info promptly without me having to use the kiosks. Making an appointment online ahead of time with your info already in the system may limit the need for signing in with the kiosks if they aren’t busy. Who knows. I just know I was very pleased by the professionalism all around. The phlebotomist was also quite pleasant and professional. Quick, no pain, no bruising and an all around nice guy. I saw absolutely ZERO rudeness some other reviews mention and am perfectly happy (until I get my test results back and get yelled at by my doc). ? Be pleasant, be thankful, be professional and they will return your efforts despite what must be a very fast paced and stressful career. Thank you to all during my visit!”
