Had a fantastic experience today at Mazda of Knoxville! My wife and I bought a 2024 CX-5 in Soul Red Crystal with Parchment interior. Just a beautiful combination! But right up there with the beauty of the vehicle was the quality of our experience with the staff. From the GM, Karl Ackermann, to our salesperson, Jordan Shirley, down to the Finance Manager, Jake, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We haven't had many auto purchasing experiences that were this smooth, and dare I say, enjoyable. A lot of that was due to Jordan's great personality. He's just a pleasant guy to talk to. I highly recommend him, and the entire dealership. You simply can't ask for better people, better vehicles, and a better experience!

Every time I'm here they have done something wrong to my car. They do not stand by their work and will have you just come back in a month to fix what they did wrong and take no blame. Very aggravating. Definitely take advantage of women.

Wanted to take some time and thank everyone at Mazda of Knoxville for the buying experience I had. Worked with Jordan who was very enthusiastic about the Mazda brand and willing to answer any questions I had. The process was easy and I left feeling good about my purchase. From the lady that greeted me in the front all the way to the young man who cleaned the window stickers off the car everyone was very professional.

We had a great car buying experience! My wife and I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 2.5 T from Mazda of Knoxville.I would highly recommend asking for Jordan Shirley, as your sales person. He was fantastic and made the entire experience easy. He is knowledgeable, kind, and positive. He was able to answer all of our questions and also went above and beyond with our requests!I initially had a lot of anxiety about buying a car from a dealer, but thankfully it was a smooth process with low pressure.We also had the window tint replaced as part of our purchase agreement. It turned out great and they honored everything we had agreed on. The service department was extremely friendly and easy to work with!

I can’t recommend these guys enough! We purchased a 23 CX-5 from Jordan at the beginning of this year, unfortunately it was totaled in a storm by a falling tree. We are expecting our first baby here soon and we’re very stressed by this situation. We called Jordan up and explained what was going on and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us out. He made the process of getting another vehicle easy, stress free and truly went out of his way to help us. On short notice he even came in on his day off to finish the paperwork and personally make sure the car was perfect for us when we were able to go pick it up. If you’re looking for an honest guy to buy a vehicle from please go see Jordan. We can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done to help take the extra stress off during this time. Also big shout out to Hunter in financing! Congrats on the promotion! He made the financing process a breeze, explained everything in great detail and the benefits of all the extra add ons that they offer to protect your vehicle. You all have a great team there and we will for sure be back when we need another upgrade! Thank you again Jordan for all your help! We are thoroughly enjoying our new 2024 CX-50!

Took my 06 miata in for service for a check engine light. They found broken wires in the engine harness and that cylinder 3 wasn't firing. They told me it'd be $2700 to replace the entire harness and when I asked if that would fix the problem with the cylinder, they weren't sure. A few days later I went to another auto shop in Maryville who fixed the issues in a few hours and charged me less than $200. Will not be coming back to mazda for service.

Absolutely enjoyed our car buying experience! Every one was very helpful and friendly! Tyler Haynes was the best! He really listened to what we wanted and got us into the best car! We TOTALLY LOVE our CX5! It is a joy to get in and drive it everyday!

I made a huge mistake, by accidentally locking my keys in the trunk of my 06 Miata! After having a guy come to try and get my car open, and realized I needed my trunk open, he failed failed, and was just a guy who knew how to get in cars by the door. He couldn’t help me. Big waste on of time and money….When I called Mazda of Knoxville, and I talked to Rob, he absolutely made me feel confident that all I needed to do was come in , and he could help me!! He took my VIN number and assured me that a key could be easily made.Later , when I arrived, he informed another man, that he already had my info , so they were going to make a key for me. But since I was only getting into the trunk, they said if I wanted , I could just have a generic key. I had no idea that existed. They saved the day, and didn’t even charge me for the key!! THIS IS THE BEST PLACE For OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I grabbed a handful of his business cards and I will be handing them out at “Miatas at the Gap”gathering we have every first weekend in August for the last 27 years, where over 1000 registered cars drive The Tail Of The Dragon( 318 CURVES IN 11 MILES) , and other great roads in the area!! Being from Florida, if ever I need anything for my car, I will absolutely buy my parts from Rob and his staff at Mazda of Knoxville!! !!Thanks Rob, and staff for making me feel better for my big mistake!!

Good sales experience, but the delivery of the vehicle left a lot to be desired. Some kind of overspray needed to be cleaned off large sections of paint and glass with a clay bar after taking delivery. Also, EACH of the tires were supposed to be 34 pounds, but they were FIFTY pounds each. Check your tire pressure when you get your car home. I think they're in such a hurry to get the car into a customers hands and move on to the next sale, no one is watching the quality of the delivery process.

The purchasing experience at Mazda of Knoxville was hands down the best we have ever had. Lucas Branch did an exceptional job guiding us through each step of the process. He is friendly, kind, and willing to show you everything you want to see without any pressure.Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and excited to help us find the perfect car for us. We have had several not very pleasant car purchasing experiences in the past and Mazda of Knoxville didn’t do any of the things that I was on the lookout for.

We took our 2018 Mazda3 in for oil and tire rotation service today. Less than 20,000 miles on it and they recommend: new rear tires, rear brake pads and both air and cabin filters (I changed these myself at 10,000 miles). Recommendations written on a post-it note. Seems a lot like their service folks are paid commission on up-sales. Lost my trust entirely. Was it because my wife took it in? Proceed with caution.

I had an amazing experience here definitely worth 5 stars! Bryan was an incredible salesman and so friendly. As a first time buyer, he really made my experience something to remember. I cannot say thanks enough to him, especially since he dedicated so much time and wonderful energy for me. Jerrich and Ben were also incredibly helpful and nice to me during this time. I came here just to look and left with an awesome new car. You’re really in good hands coming here!

I really appreciate the effort to work with us and be honest and straightforward.The dealership itself is a work of art.
