Zara Evans at the Kingston Pike store is really great! I purchased a pad to use for my tent camping earlier this summer and she price matched 3 inch memory foam and I went back today to purchase a new 8 inch twin for my son's bed. Great service and Zara is very communicative and she listens to exactly what I am in need of. A+++++

This was honestly the best, not one of the best, but THE BEST shopping experiences my wife and I had. Out of everyone we tried, Jordan treated us with the most respect ,patience and kindness. He not only got us a great deal, he moved mountains to make that deal work for us and our situation. We will definitely be back if not for the deals but also just for Jordan.

Zara completely took care of us. She was very knowledgeable, resourceful, and kind and spent a lot of time showing us all of the different options for the mattress we ultimately chose. We would definitely recommend Mattress Firm and Zara. I now have the mattress of my dreams!!
