Never go here at this location. The general manager Mike Hammond try’s to start arguments when you’re being nice. I was on the phone he kept butting in on my conversation when I was on the phone. And also after taking 20 to 25 mins refuse to sell me a battery. And being very rude. He works with the public and that not a way to talk to a customer at all. Very disrespectful.

I bought a 3 year warranty battery in May 2024, it's August 2024 now , I went to my car and it wouldn't start I called AAA they came out checked it said my alternator and was good that it was my battery it was dead only 2 amps and 84. So I took it to master battery and they said it was good to to it to a garage so I took it to my Mechanic he said my alternate starter was ok it was my battery 2amps 84 . Master battery still refuse to change it put so I got my mechanic to install another one it was a diehard it started right up. I don't recommend master battery to anyone .

Dusty was excellent .Great customer service and knowledgeable. I sure hope Master Battery is paying him and the other guys properly. I have seen it to many times where employees are not taken care of and end up leaving.

Had never owned a recondition battery in my life. Found myself needing one with my budget was tight about four years ago and purchased one here. Since then, I've never gone anywhere else for any type of vehicular battery. These guys are great!

I was surprised both by the expense, and that they don't do free installation. They charge $15 because they know a lot of people are in need, without tools. It took all of three minutes. If you need a battery, check around, and bring your tools.

Quick, convenient, honest, and woman friendly (which seems to be hard to find in this area) . After a morning of searching for a battery and being price gouged from local auto stores for $300+, we called master battery and Dusty was very kind and helpful. Replaced my battery so quick and educated me on my warranties. Will 1000% suggest them to anyone who was in the same position I was!

Prices are great. However, I called the store as I left Valvoline on Cedar. Was put on hold. I proceeded to drive from there to the store, while on hold. Dirty blonde guy was eating chips, guy with jet black hair finally came out to help (unable to walk at the moment), told him I was actually on hold with the store as we were speaking. Confused look. Blonde guy in the store.

Phenomenal customer service!!! I was struggling to find a weird battery and the didn't have the exact one, only difference was the battery was wrapped. They wrapped the battery for me and I was out in less then 7 mins!!! Great atmosphere and more then kind people
