This hotel is RIGHT NEXT TO THE FREEWAY AND HAS NO SOUND PROOFING!!!!
The Indian staff are rude and arrogant and don't give a hoot about customers.
The bed had a stain and it is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
This place should be condemned.

Savannah is very helpful and always takes cares of us. I stay there every week for work for the last year and everything is always smooth with check in and stay.

BEWARE! My 83 year old grandmother had her credit card number stolen by the female front desk worker (yes, we know exactly who it was - S.D). Hotel management was confronted with the issue but we were provided no resolution on their end. What a shame for a hotel to take advantage of the elderly travelers that come through their building. Absolutely would not recommend staying here.

I had no problems staying here. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The water pressure was horrible and the hot water was warm at best but these are pretty common so I just dealt with it. Overall I would stay here again.
Rooms: Standard room for a good price.
Safety: I saw no safety issues.
Food and drinks: They have a room with snacks for purchase. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast.
Noteworthy details: I have read other complaints of staff rudeness. I did not see this or experience it. They were friendly when I dealt with them.

I stayed here on a recent trip to UT and from former reviews I was not sure what to expect and my expectations were exceeded. I chose to stay because of price, it was Family weekend so the other hotels in the area were priced extremely high. This hotel was comfortable, clean and plenty of parking ( at no extra charge, unlike others in the campus area). It was not fancy, it is an extended stay so also had an efficiency kitchen and a large fridge, not just a dorm sized one. I would choose to stay here again for my next visit. I felt safe and the staff was very kind.

Solid place to stay. There was a faint cigarette smoke smell in the hallway. Comfortable bed and hot shower. I have no real complaints.

I have stayed at this location multiple times in the past and have always had a great experience. The staff is welcoming and friendly, Always ready to help with anything needed.
Rooms: Rooms are spacious especially if you have a balcony I love that they have a kitchen in all rooms.

The pictures on the web are far better than real life. Rooms need painted and clean very deep.
Our bathroom had a bunch of ants. There was dried blood on our on the fitted and flat sheets. We asked at the front desk at 10 am to change them. We came back at around 430, and they weren't changed . I went yo the front desk and asked why the maid service didn't change them. The off going front desk manager changed them finally.
