We had an excellent experience at Best Buy in Knoxville yesterday. To make a long story short, we were helped by Zaham who solved our issue immediately (and it was a huge issue for us), with an easy solution. and made two extra sales for the store too. Win win! Thank you Zaham.

Well laid out and organized to keep you browsing and buying for hours (if money is available haha). Staff is very friendly and one young gentleman was helpful with answering some questions towards the apple air pods for me. Definitely some great deals and products available.

I struggle on giving 4 stars as the experience of the sale with the associate was good. I had a question for him once I got home and you can't call the store directly, when you call it goes to someplace overseas and they can't answer your questions like the person who works there. Dissatisfied for customer service.

If you have a simple question to ask the actual physical store you have to drive there. Then if they can't help then you have to drive to the other store. Over an hour of my time wasted because they don't have a phone. A random person in a call center can't answer simple questions like "Which of the two nearby stores have more (insert item) displays to check out".

It's always a pleasure going to Best Buy. The store is laid out so well with many great products! Oh, it's so much fun! You know the best thing is the people. They are kind and caring. They get very busy, too! We charge in there with so many questions and needs. But, they smile and graciously help you, not hesitating to run around for you. I am blessed and grateful to have them in our area.

We went to Best Buy looking for a black dishwasher. Cameron Hardware waited on us. He was very helpful and good at explaining the features of the dishwasher we were interested in. He was also very observant. He noticed that my husband was having difficulty walking because of knee problems and went out of his way to get us both chairs to sit in while we completed the sale and set up delivery. We have never shopped at Best Buy before. We couldn't find black appliances at Lowe's without having to order it at a much higher price. We were able to get a much better deal at Best Buy where quality and price was concerned. The treatment we received was a delightful bonus!

Went in to see Geek Squad because my galaxy watch was malfunctioning and needed to use my Geek Squad warranty. Didn't have an appointment though and they were pretty busy so there was a bit of a wait but that's fine since I didn't have an appointment.Erin eventually helped me, got everything sorted very quickly and arranged to have my replacement watch shipped to my house. She also convinced me to pay for an upgrade and get the warranty on the new watch as well.I am extremely happy with the service I received and Erin was a rockstar.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had in Best Buy! I had the most amazing customer service! I worked with two amazing people, one from geek squad and another was a supervisor and both gentlemen were knowledgeable of the products in the store! I found the best option to replace my printer and upgrade at the same time! I was educated by this experience and able to make the best decision cost wise for my small business! I will definitely be back for my technology and appliance needs!

I remember back when places like Circuit City, Computer City and Radio Shack were the big boys and then Best Buy came around and was like “hey guys, I’m the best!” They weren’t wrong, they were fresh and new and chose yellow and not red or green for their colors. They were Best Buy. Over the years they added appliances and whatnot just to keep people coming in the doors. Now I’m surprised they don’t carry health and beauty supplies like when Bed Bath and Beyond decided to add a CVS style drugstore. You can tell that Best Buy is barely hanging on. They’ve become the “try before you buy on amazon” place. I think the vast majority of employees know this and have stopped trying. I remember when you’d be greeted “welcome to Best Buy” at the door by the same guy who watched you checkout yet still asks to see the receipt he saw you accept not 5 second prior. What happened, did the price of yellow highlighters get to be too high?Now when you check out and they ask “do you want to add a 5 year protection plan” I simply say “you just closed a major store in a major area not more than 15 minutes from here and you think I trust that y’all will be here in 5 years? No, I’ll skip the plan” Best Buy, if you are going to go out, why not do it with a bang and not a whimper. It’s not too late!!

I stopped by to get a screen protector replaced today. I walked to the new phone counter and waited for 15 minutes before a salesman came by and asked me if they could help me. The person behind the counter could have at least given me eye to eye contact or acknowledged me that she would help me or call someone else to the desk to provide me assistance. I waited patiently but I did not appreciate the slow service

I bought two TVs back in 12/22/2020 for one of my client for $2370, I wanted to buy it from Best Buy but they didn’t have them in stock so Best Buy sale person took me to magnolia, and I ended up buying it from them. Keep in mind I’m a Best Buy elite plus member and purchase between 15 to 20k every year from Best Buy1/03/2021, went to my client house to install those TVs, one 65” and the other one 55”, I found out screen is broken on 55” tv, took it back to magnolia, after almost 30 minutes, they told me the box is fine, there is no sign of damage and this happened after I purchased it. I explain if I broke the tv it should be a sign of physical damage but there was no one whatsoever, screen was broken internally and they refused to exchange the tv.Ended up going home and calling their corporate office, long story short after so much frustration, Josh the manager call me and he said to take the tv back for exchange.Do Not Buy anything form Magnolia design center, they are not like Best Buy and have their own return policy.

We have struggled with someone who is reliable, does what they say they will go, and will be around to service our home audiovisual needs. After twenty years of searching I am glad to say we found the right people, Magnolia Design Center. They have been totally professional and great to deal with.
