Very courteous and helpful young lady who was working check out. I purchased a gift card. The shop was very well organized and clean with a mask recommendation. I also am environmentally conscious and like their ideas about recycling.

Sadly. A dress appeared on their secret sale website, yesterday on sale with 30 percent extra taken off. Today I went to get the price adjustment...the dress was still on the sale website but had gone back to regular price...called customer service...they said they couldn't help me...madewell has lost a customer! Obviously, the company made an error!

Anna Grace was so helpful and made the shopping experience so easy. She was very sweet and answered all of my questions in depth about sizing, jeans, etc. You can tell she’s passionate about fashion and helping others.

They have watchful eyes. I went into the store twice with a friend, just to look around as it was their first time. As we were shopping they (the staff) were glaring at us, giving us side-eyes, and basically following us around the store. It was unfortunate because I really like the brand, but my experience wasn’t that great. I will definitely go back because I want to spend money there.
