Avoid ordering appliances here. We ordered new appliances at the store, everything went well until the delivery. They destroyed some wooden door trim, dumped water all over the floor, left loose pieces laying on the floor, slashed the owners manual when unboxing, and left plastic bags and screws in the front yard, and left trash is random places in our garage. Lowes customer service tells us they are not responsible because they work with a 3rd party delivery company named Riverstone Logistics. If you research this company they are not BBB accredited and seem to receive a lot of similar complaints. Lowes customer service gave us a phone number with a 2 week wait time. We feel we need to hire someone to redo the installation given our low confidence. Really awful customer experience and it’s a shame that Lowes does not want to take responsibility for the services they employ. This is enough for me not to do business with Lowes again.
EDIT: I just found 3 more missing pieces in my yard.

Bought a Yale lock in the oil rubbed bronze box. After opening and beginning install, found a satin nickel hardware set. The box was also missing a key component for the app associated with the lock, the key component to make it a "smart lock". After bringing the box back to Lowe's and showing them the pics, they basically shrugged their shoulders and said it is the manufacturer's fault. If I needed a part, I should go to hardware and talk to Robert. Robert never showed up after I waited in hardware for 15 mintues, so I left and will never return to a Lowe's again. Home Depot for the rest of my life.

DO NOT order a door + installation from this store. This has been one of the most nightmare experiences and all I am left with is messed up trim around my old front door. Lowe's placed an order for a door that would not fit our front door space, despite having THREE different measurements. This process started in March with Lowe's measuring saying it would work. Then the installer, Incredible Installations, came out and measured not only once, but twice. The door was then ordered and I paid in full beginning of April. End of May I have installation set up and the installer comes to say the door does not fit.
You cannot get anyone from the local store to take your call. The Lowe's employee who ordered the door despite it being too large says "sorry" via text but takes zero ownership in the process.
The installer himself was a sub and very nice, but the company the Lowe's contracts is a nightmare to work with and not local.
The "CPO" group for Lowe's that handles installation is clueless and equally as nightmare to talk too.
Not a single person has taken any form of ownership in how this was handled - store deflects to "CPO" and CPO says the store will call.
Turns out they do not have a single wood door on their website that will fit our space so I have wasted 3 months waiting on this door when I could have been procuring one that actually WORKED.
Unbelievable. I cannot express enough how I would NEVER recommend to anyone to purchase & pay for any kind of product & installation from Lowe's.

The people are what makes this store special. Friendly and knowledgeable, always looking to help; not what you normally get at a big box store. It doesn't hurt that Lowes honors vets, too.

I’m a 75 year old vet with a bad back and torn miniscus in my knee. I told the clerk in garden that I was veteran and wanted 5 bags of mulch. She wanted me to go out and get one so she could ring it up. I told her it was on the big ad right beside her so she finally looked it up. Then am she fail to give me the military discount and said I would have to go to the service counter. I asked her to please send some one out to load it. The fellow came out with a sour attitude that I had called for help and threw the bags in. I love Lowe’s. Just not this one.

Never been to a store that doesn’t have the ability to do a simple exchange. Had to go through 3 different registers, get a better POS system that allows exchanges and doesn’t waste peoples time.
