Consistently poor customer service. Today I approached two employees who were having a conversation. They looked at me, looked me up and down, and went right back to their conversation. I waited for about 20 more seconds, and then I just walked away as they continued to talk. I left thinking, it’s regularly been like pulling teeth to get a basic amount of customer service here, why did I think it was going to be any different this time?

Just drove 45 minutes to pick.Up a three thousand dollar ice maker I ordered online. When I get there they only try to give me half of the item as it comes in two boxes. When I asked where the other half was they had no clue showed him the picture dimensions and everything and they agree that it's missing the other part.After waiting forty five minutes they can't locate the other part. They tell me there's nothing they can do that just to return it. They didn't care they're were missing half the item or that I waited so long and drove so long. Customer service was horrible here.

The Lowes web site said they had a particular siding in stock, come pick it up. On arrival the employee for that department couldn't find it and would not consult the inventory computer they each carry around. I found a manager at check out who stated the item was special order only and minimum of 10 required to place an order. I found the siding at 84 Lumber in stock, no minimum, HALF the cost. Beware of the web site for Lowe's. UPDATE -I returned for a particular flooring and other items for a project including plumbing and electrical. Received help in every department. Entire store attitude has changed (for the better) even my contractor has noticed it. Too bad the call center not on the ball as were unable to fix my address on file to ship a special order. They took a short cut and just canceled my order and hung up. Store much improved, company still needs fixing.
