FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, went to pick up a few items like I always do as I was walking but I noticed a display of 27gal tubs with a price marked on them at $4.68 so went back outside grabbed a flat cart and loaded 20 of them up preparing to move soon. An employee came by and said that's a great price let me call the manager over to verify. I waited over 20min for the manager and still nothing. Once I headed to the register to pay that's when the assistant manager named Ted magically popped up refusing to honor the posted price. Then continued to make up a story about how employees were working on the display. I told him I was there over 20min and not 1 employee showed up to so call work on the display. There was actually 3 pallets of them already there. Ted then dismissed me and basically said aw well he's not price matching their posted price.

Manuel and Alex delivered my fridge and washer/dryer. They were incredibly kind and did a great job! Definitely recommend them.

I bought a riding mower from Lowe's. Delivery was set for Monday. On Monday, I was informed that delivery would be on Tuesday. When mower was delivered, it wouldn't start so I now have nothing more than an expensive paperweight on my hands. All papers for the mower, instructions, warranties, etc., were soaking wet. Go back to Lowe's where customer service was less than helpful. I'm now waiting to hear from a representative on Friday to schedule a time on Saturday to pick up my paperweight. When that happens, that will be the last time I step in a Lowe's!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. First let's start with Lowes having a weekly ad online saying buy 3 get 3 free price per bag 2.29. Looking at this add you would think it means you buy 3 bags at 2.29 and get 3 free. This is actually not the case. You are just buying 3 bags at full price but if you buy 3 at 4.58 a bag they are marked 50% off "buy 3 get 3 free". Okay tricky tricky but whatever the frustration wasn't worth what came next. Assistant Store Manager Scott came over with his I'm important attitude and explained that it's not his problem how Lowes puts things online because I did ask if he could price match the add. He went on to ask if I could read. And since I can read I told him yes and showed him in color print (3 other Lowes employees agreed with me) that the add made it look like they were 2.29 a bad also buy 3 get 3 free. He then said they figured it in to the price...and asked if I could do math. It's my opinion he is trash as an employee and couldn't handle his job which a very kind lady stepped in to finish up my order. Sadly he is her boss. Don't go where the deals are, just got to home Depot!

I go to a lot of supply and lumber companies, etc. Without a dought this is the most helpful and friendly store the Knoxville area. One of the managers Grant, goes the extra mile to help everyone.

What an annoying experience, drove over from the west Knox store as they were out of stock on the dowel rods I had purchased earlier in the week. North Knox was the only store showing inventory. 18 packs. I drove over only to find no inventory at all. After finally finding some one that worked there that wasn’t literally asleep sitting up. I got walked around a few aisles before being told “yep we must be out”. No questions asked about which particular style I was looking for so that they could update the inventory. ** Three days later the inventory is Still showing wrong on the website

I wish I could give the negative stars. First, I called to find out why they did not deliver my order and they took it back to the store. Was put on hold for 12 minutes by Scott, a manager, and after 12 mins. he disconnected me. Then I called back twice. Once on hold for 37 mins and still on hold now. What a joke of a store. I'm a builder and spend lots of money with HD and only used these guys due to a specific color block on a job. Now I'm just trying to make sure my order is back there so my guys can pick it up. I will NEVER use this joke of a home supplier again. Do yourself a favor and find another store. Stay way away from this sorry group.

We purchased a new washer from Lowe's Home Improvement on Clinton Highway and it was to be delivered yesterday. They came in, took the old one off the pedestal, brought the new one in, sat it on the floor and left. Didn't even put it on the pedestal. My wife went to the store and showed them the pictures and the floor manager said she would have someone here today to fix it. We had an extended drain hose on the old one that they took and so my wife went to Lowe's to get a new one since they didn't leave the old one and was told, no, it will be Saturday before anyone comes to fix it. Very poor customer service. I'm done with Lowe's!

This was a wonderful place. The staff was very helpful. But DO NOT USE THE DISPLAY TOILETS!! It was very misleading. They do NOT have plumbing hooked up to them!!

People are friendly a lot of things are ok priced. But some items are outrageously priced -for example- they charge 40 for a pump that you can get the exact same for 12 at Harbour freight.
