“This is a great place with some fairly knowledgeable people. It closes early which is my only negative review. Their liquor prices are a little high even on allocation items. A good buying experience but lacks anything personal for the customer.”
“Run of the mill liquor store. I didn't find the clerk super helpful and there was a tip jar on the counter. Why is it tip jars have become a usual sight. Employers should pay more and certainly not have tip jars on the counter. Your place of business looks cheap to me, employees are looking for inappropriate tips. Now, if an employee were to carry a box of goods to my car, hell yes I would tip. But a tip to ring up my purchase should never be. Just my opinion.”

9141 Cross Park Dr # 101, Knoxville“I actually love this place for buying spirits. They usually have a good selection and are always helpful. Last time I was there I was looking for a really good smooth shooting tequila that was inexpensive and basically unknown and they gave me a total winner!”
“Their education and hospitality is the best and you can take wine home in a growler- bring it back and refill. Me and my bestie just moved in next door to this place, found our new “go to” for wine and beer. See you tomorrow and the next day ❤️”
“They have a lot to choose from wine ,tequila ,whiskey, moonshine, liquor, mixers ,little mini bottles and much more
The guy at the register was very nice”
“Love this store, I literally won't go anywhere else! I am handicapped and it's hard for me to get in/out most places, but here I can pull right up in front of the store! The people that work here have always been so nice, not to mention the prices are always cheaper than anywhere else! I would recommend this store 10/10!!?”
“Just can’t beat Bob’s! Leslie, David, Ashley, Bo and everyone there are helpful, knowledgeable and just good people. They Even have treats when my dog comes with me! Prices are good and selection is great! Best store in Knoxville!”
“Very , clean and organized store, the owner AJ is a superior man, very kind to all . The lowest prices and the biggest selection of liquor overall, the staff are team workers and stay on top of customer service!! The community is their priority!!”
“when I went into the establishment , the Lady cashier was very kind and helpful to what I was looking for , the store itself seem to be going through a make over and it was happening fast ,for the better I might add .. seems to be much cleaner and less rif Raf.. well stocked and becoming more organized . Great work!!”
“Great place. They get some wines that may be hard to find at other stores. So, if you are looking for something hard to find, let them know, and they will do their best to get you what you are looking for. They have always treated me very well.”
“We'd went to "Fountain City Wine and Liquor" beforehand and the guy acted like he didn't want us there so we took our business hereUpon walking in the environment was exponentially more inviting and the man behind the counter had regulars he would joke with. Really friendly guy with a nice establishmentAlso, they had a lot more in stock than the other place. We found everything we were looking for and more”
“The store is way bigger than it looks. I was happy to see all the tequila selection & the prices were very reasonable. The service was also outstanding when I checked out. I am happy with my first time trip and plan to come back when I am in the area again! Thanks for all you do!!”

6705 Clinton Hwy, Knoxville“Small but well stocked with spirits and wine. Example, they had both the high end imported Madeira and inexpensive domestic versions that I cook with. Fair prices and friendly, helpful staff.”
“This place exemplifies customer service!! I went to 3 different stores to find a bottle of Buffalo Trace and was unsuccessful. A lovely lady asked if I needed any help and I asked if they had any and she said no they were out, but then she said you know what... it is the season. She went to the back and brought me the bottle I'd been looking for. She gave me her bottle that she was keeping for herself. I was shocked. This place has always been my go to. Great people run this place!! Side note it was a store pick bottle and they picked a dang good bottle!”
“Love this place. The folks here are very helpful and always very nice to talk to. They've recommended a few different things for me and I've never been disappointed. Great place!”
“I came in about 15 minutes til closing. The cashier was very kind and helpful. I forgot to get a couple of sodas & the cashier asked me what kind I would like and went and got them for me! They were ice cold!! That's awesome customer service! I'm a customer for life!”

707 N Campbell Station Rd, Knoxville“Right on the way home from work, exit on Campbell Station Road from I-40/I-75; and turn South. They have cooled beverages, a large selection of wine and liquors, and a friendly helpful staff. They even have wine tastings that you can sign up for that will show you how to pair certain wines with certain foods. They have several large coolers with chilled drinks, and shelves of wines and liquors to have later. Stop in today.”
“I attended the sparkling wine tasting which was great. I’ll start with the negative since there was so much positive. The room is COLD I have no idea why it’s so cold, but I hope and pray they raise the temp a bit. Until then wear layers. I suggest showing up early they will start on time. Thankfully they still poured us the prior wine so my group didn’t miss out, but they don’t have to do that for you! The conversation was so fun and honest and I learned a few new fun facts Henry was a great speaker and Steve was so kind and helpful. They have a great discourse with customers. Pay attention they work so hard and you can tell. They poured us a $100 champagne and asked our preferences and gave suggestions and pairings. Overall, it was a very fun experience and I will do again. Make sure to take part in the snacks and/or eat before because you will get tipsy.”

“Mr.R is always open on holidays when the more high end liquor stores are closed!! We appreciate you Mr.R for allowing us grown ups to be able to indulge at our leisure.”
“D is an awesome dude. When he first opened the original location, he worked all the time by himself. I'd come in during the dead times and end up hanging out and talking to him until the next rush started. Over several years, he built up the nicest liquor store in Knoxville. He deserves his success. The store is super nice, is always fully stocked, spotlessly clean, and has the best prices in town.”

“I came across this little wine shop while walking downtown. SInce I was making crepes that night, I picked up a bottle of French rose wine. I asked them at the register when I checked out if they knew anything about the wine. He gave us a good recommendation and it was delicious with my crepes. This store is pretty awesome and if looking for some different wines from all over, check this out. The staff is amazing too!”
“Phenomenal bourbon selection! Very reasonable prices! Hard to walk out of there spending less than $200 to $300 because there are so many things you want to take home!!”
